How complete the ordinary catalog record is: title, date, people, place, source and useful description.
Private drafts are available · purchases and payouts are not active
Sally's marketplace is a seller-controlled path from a private catalog to a narrowly licensed dataset. You choose every item, clear every blocker and approve every allowed use. A license grants limited use; it does not transfer ownership. Depending on the data and applicable law, an activated license may legally count as a sale or sharing of personal information and must be handled accordingly.
A polished catalog is not automatically safe or ready to license. Marketplace Readiness never replaces the two quality scores, and a high score never counts as consent.
How complete the ordinary catalog record is: title, date, people, place, source and useful description.
How much human knowledge is attached that a model cannot reliably infer: purpose, causality, uncertainty, evidence and outcome.
Whether this exact dataset can be offered under a specific license: rights, consent, sensitive-data review, delivery and use scope all resolved.
Step 1
A draft contains only the item IDs you choose. It never sweeps in a whole library, collection, source or future upload by implication.
Step 2
Sally shows missing rights, listing and licensing permission, commercial permission, third-party or subject consent, sensitive classes, deliverability and weak context item by item.
Step 3
You state the allowed purpose, use types, delivery method, retention, attribution, derivative, public-display and commercial boundaries. Silence grants nothing.
Step 4
Saving a draft, enriching context, sharing a collection or recording commercial permission does not publish a listing. Listing is its own explicit action.
The public catalog is redacted. It can show the listing title, seller-written summary, categories, aggregate counts and media types, permitted-use summary, readiness status and only the sample attributes the seller deliberately marks public.
Sally does not automatically join account email, internal item IDs, filenames or drive paths, originals, hidden context, full assertions or evidence, or rights documents into that projection. Seller-written public fields are shown verbatim, so the seller must keep private identities, contact details and precise locations out of them. Dataset delivery is separate from browsing.
Before any transaction, the seller must see the gross buyer amount, payment-processing fee, net receipts, seller amount and platform amount as separate numbers. Those words are not interchangeable: seller and platform amounts divide the net receipts, not the gross amount before processing.
No seller percentage or fee schedule is promised today. No payment, purchase or payout system is active. Exact terms must be shown and accepted before activation.
Marketplace activation remains subject to payment-provider, identity, tax, safety and legal readiness. The Marketplace terms and Privacy additions are drafts pending attorney review. Creating a draft is not a sale, offer, license or ownership transfer.
Only separately activated listings appear here. These cards come from the public, redacted catalog endpoint; private drafts and item-level records are excluded.
